"Collaborating with Fairly Made aims to provide our customers with greater transparency regarding the traceability and environmental impact of our products. It is a turnkey solution that allows us to engage all our suppliers in this initiative."
Challenges & Needs
Aware of the importance of data for some time, Eden Park initially needed a solution to standardize and secure its data. Centralising and harmonising data was essential to achieving a reliable, consistent view of the supply chain.
The brand wanted to better understand and map its supplier network, ensuring full traceability across the entire value chain. The team also sought to save time and enhance data reliability within its CSR initiatives. Additionally, a growing challenge was to accurately assess environmental impact, particularly through carbon footprint calculation.
Solutions
To support its traceability strategy, Eden Park leveraged its Centric PLM to structure and standardise its product and supplier data. This foundational work made it possible to harmonise information across the entire supply chain and automate its management within the Fairly Made platform, ensuring data that is reliable, consistent, and actionable.
Key elements of Eden Park’s approach:
- Automated data collection and centralisation through the Centric PLM and Fairly Made platform, significantly reducing manual tasks.
- Data taxonomy structuring, ensuring consistent, reliable, and actionable information on suppliers and products.
- Support in carbon impact assessment, helping Eden Park measure, understand, and manage its environmental footprint.
- Deployment of QR codes and widgets, offering full transparency on product traceability (compliance with AGEC) and providing internal teams with deep insights into the value chain.
Through this data structuring approach, Eden Park achieved the following results:
- 99.99% of manufacturing steps traced
- 84.69% of component steps traced
- 73.9% of raw material origins identified

Tangible, measurable results
This collaboration, led by Eden Park, has profoundly transformed the brand’s data management. Automation delivers significant time savings, while the consolidated supplier database provides a clear, strategic view of the supply chain.
High-quality data strengthens the brand’s sustainability strategy. Today, 100% of Eden Park’s textile products are traced via Fairly Made, ensuring full transparency for customers and enhanced compliance (AGEC, carbon footprint, DPP).
Simultaneously, enhanced impact reporting allows Eden Park to build an ambitious CSR roadmap based on reliable and comprehensive data.
A culture of innovation and sustainable transparency
Through its digital ecosystem, built around Centric PLM™ and Fairly Made, Eden Park has laid the foundations for a lasting digital transformation, strengthening its culture of transparency and continuous improvement.
